Replacement Policy

We guarantee the quality of our accounts. Replacement is provided under the following conditions:

Eligible for Replacement

  • Account does not work (banned, deactivated, invalid session) at the time of purchase
  • Replacement request submitted within 15 minutes of purchase
  • Full screen recording of the purchase and account opening process is provided

NOT Eligible for Replacement

  • Account was banned after purchase due to your actions
  • Account was banned due to low-quality group invites or spam
  • Account was used for mass messaging, flooding, or other abuse
  • More than 15 minutes have passed since purchase
  • No video proof provided (exceptions may apply for regular customers with large order history — reviewed on a case-by-case basis)
  • Account works but does not meet your subjective expectations

How to Request Replacement

  1. Create a support ticket within 15 minutes of purchase
  2. Attach a full screen recording showing:
    • The purchase process on our website
    • Opening the account in Telegram
    • The error or issue encountered
  3. Our team will review and process the replacement within 24 hours

Important

  • Each account is sold once and cannot be resold after replacement
  • We are not responsible for actions taken with the account after purchase
  • Replacement is provided as a new account, not a monetary refund
